Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Time:

I always strive to use the fastest delivery available. Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days. However, delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Courier service delays
  • Current affairs and unforeseen circumstances
  • Remote or restricted delivery areas

Delivery can sometimes take more than 10 days due to multiple factors beyond my control.

Shipping Partners:

I use multiple shipping partners including Shiprocket and Indian Registered Post for delivering your orders.

Delayed Deliveries:

If you do not receive the product within 25-30 days of order placement, please email me at parthgoyalwebsite@gmail.com. I will issue a new order via Speedpost to ensure delivery.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Once a purchase is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In no circumstances is payment made by you refundable.

Receipts for payments will be sent via email after you make payment.

Replacement Policy

I offer replacement only in the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You provide video of unboxing as proof
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
