Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product, I offer replacement under the following conditions:

  • You provide video of unboxing as proof
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

Lost Packages:

If your package is lost in transit, please contact me immediately. I will work with the courier service to locate the package or issue a replacement.
